So guys, I have discovered the joys of technology and being the charitable man I am, I have decided to share the magic that is my diet with the world.

This thread will entertain, captivate and educate and of course be a way for me to waste more time when I should be doing something productive.

Requests for meals will be read and likely ignored unless it is simple and delicious then it shall be attempted.

I'll kick things off in here with my latest creation:

Hmmmmm it looked pretty good. If you're poor like me, and don't have a microwave, how would I go about making this? Low-heat in the oven?

how'd you get your whey to look like that? mine always comes out fluffy and thin rather then thick, yours looks like chocolate milk.

eas whey. i usually use 1 scoop and about 10-12oz of water, might have to try 6oz or 8 at most.

Ok and here is another couple of meals that I've done recently:

Kangaroo & Broc
In this episode I have some fun with very low carb/cal

Kangaroo Cheese Burgers w/ Chili Tomato Relish
This video is what got it all started and is a serious snack for any lover of burgers

Now i do have a notorious sweet tooth so expect a lot of this style of treat

Coco Pop Ice Cream!
Just delicious, and the perfect PWO feast

they did slightly lose their crunch but were still great, didnt get overly soggy - i hate soggy food - you should see how fast i eat my Weet-Bix!

id go low heat on the stove, oven might be a bit too much effort

less water is the key here. You want just enough to dissolve the whey, but not enough to make your oats super runny - i like it quite thick

Is that just from Coles and Woolies? I've been to 2 Coles and couldn't find the caramel, only the chocolate which I'm not that big a fan of... it just tastes too strange

I get it from Woolies in Leichhardt where they have both, but i had heard the choc was a bit average so havent bothered with it. Maybe next shop I'll score some and see how it goes. Maybe a drizzle on some CC would be nice

it does get complicated in here at times. Some recipe's I follow are for advanced chefs only!

those oats like pretty creamy before u added everything else.. did u nuke them with just water before u put in that PB and ur choc whey mixture? and how much H20 did u use?
