    Hey, i was just wondering if anyone knows any exersizes to target specific parts of the bicep...like upper,middle,lower

    the only ways to manipulate a curl is the degree of shoulder flexion/extension and the degree of pronation/supination of the forearm. IMO doing the "outer/inner" curls to target the different heads is pretty useless and harsh on your joints.
    If what I see does not amaze me, I am not looking hard enough.
