Sort of...I have low calorie days and higher calorie days, w/o really planning it. It just makes it much easier to stick to the healthy eating this way.
Thanks and welcome! Nice to have you here. LOL about posting a new avi!
So much to add!

LMAO! I just edited it...I would've gone into cardiac arrest! I am seeing changes and I am so excited. Weight still isn't changing much, but BF went down another % and I've lost inches. I am also noticing reduction in cellulit...thank goodness!
OK overall! Wanted to go out of town this weekend, but decided to stay and not leave daughter w/my parents...a bit bummed about that, b/c I really need some girl time.

Hey, hope all is well. Have a great workout!
'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, you feel weak
And when you feel weak you feel like you want to just give up
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
And just pull that *** out of you and get motivation to not give up
And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you want to just fall flat on your face and collapse.

Today is cardio day...I plan to do an hr.
My mom is leaving today for Italy for 4 months...this is part of what had me in a funk, along with several other things. I am stressed that she is leaving and will miss her. She is a huge support w/helping w/my daughter...so basically no break for me for 4 months. I don't have a steady babysitter at the moment.
If you would like to check out my nephew's leukemia web-site, it's in my signature. You can keep updated on his progress. If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice

GREAT workout! I can tell that was intense from your avg HR! lol. Your one arm DB rows and flyes are really strong
Italy, wow... that will be an experience for her.. but I'm sorry to hear you won't have any support for 4 months I hope you're able to find a babysitter, because I can see how that could get exhausting.*Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.*

It's not really an experience for her...that's where my parents are from. My mom's family is still there and she goes to visit them for a few months every couple years. We have apartments there, as well. My Nonna (grandma) is having eye surgery, so my mom is going there to care for her during her recovery.

Thanks...still got a ways to go on the backside.
YAY, Planet's here...glad to see you!
Thanks...although my bf and I have been having a hard time lately...we are making it though.
It's tough, but I do intervals...level 2 or 3 for 40-60 sec and then level 8 to 10 for 20-30 sec. I can't go on a high level for a long time.

We all go through rough spots in our relationships...long distance makes it that much tougher! I know that I get fed up with it at least once or twice a week...lol!

Hi everyone. Hope you all enjoyed your weekend.
I did cardio Friday, Saturday and Sunday....Saturday and Sunday went jogging w/daughter in the jogging stroller. We went to 2 different trails through the woods. She loved it. Then I let her play at the playground after. I think this is a good compromise for us, since mom is gone and I don't have anyone to watch my daughter while I go to the gym.
I am starting a new split today...3 day split w/lots of cardio:
Mon Back/Bis/Cardio
Tues Cardio
Wed Legs
Thurs Cardio
Fri Chest/Shoulders/Tris/Cardio
Sat Cardio
Sun CardioIf you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice

I will do 20 to 30 minutes cardio on days that I do weights. On days that I don't, I will do 45 to 60 minutes.
Beautiful summer is a stretch for us in TX...it's way too HOT to consider it beautiful. If it wasn't for the lovely shaded paths through the woods, I would not be able to run/walk outside at at all...
