    Lightbulb How many days before COMP. should i stop working out?

    Quick Question- my competition is 8 am on saterday should i not workout Friday and Thursday or just not on Friday?

    powerlifting, but its not like im there to win, its a wieghtlifting comp through football.

    I'd say atleast 72 hours of rest for every muscle group, so you can blast through the competition when it's time. Good luck man, put em to shameeee!
