3 weeks off..still have elbow pain

Posted a few weeks ago about an elbow pain and pop I experience during chest/tri workouts. Took 3 weeks off no lifting and trying to take it easy. I could hardly put 10lbs behind my head without pain. So fast forward 3 weeks and it's a LITTLE better, but it still feels like it's ready to pop and...

Bikini vs Figure

I'm wanting to compete next year but unsure of which direction to go in. Currently I'm around 5'8.5 that shouldn't change :p And 164lbs around 20-21%body fat last time we "checked" I feel like I'm not the right build for bikini but not muscular enough (yet) for figure

Physique comps worth it??

I'm considering doing a men's physique show in about 6-7 months. Do you brahs think its worth it or just a stupid beauty paegant where a group of judges(some are women and some are overweight men who ONCE lifted) critiques your physique? I've heard it can be a really fun experience and you can meet...

Are there any books, or workout programs recommended to get started until then? I'm fairly fit but outside of basic cardio and light lifting I'm...

Hi there, So I have my nose pierced and belly button pierced and was wondering if I should take these out for my upcoming NPC bikini show. Does anyone know how the judges feel about these piercings generally/if wearing them could potentially hurt my score?
