Hi. I don't know whether the names are written correctly because I am from Spain and the bodybuilding forums over here are ****.
Well, I was wondering which one of these two exercises is the best to work out your deltoids. Which one is the best if your goal is to gain mass on your deltoids? Which one is the best to gain definition on your deltoids?

The answer depends on your particular shoulder construction. All you can do is try it...Learn By Doing.
And don't forget that laterals, and front and rear raises are just as valid shoulder exercises, indeed, equal in importance to just the pushing of a barbell overhead for shoulder growth.Time To Re-Schedule
