i would say if you just started working out for the first time yesterday, yes, those good old noob big early gains might do it for ya. Aside form that it's a tall order. I'm a firm believer in the "anything is possible." So I say, anything is possible!!!
Also, try searching for the "One Day Arm Cure" I believe it was. personally i thought it looked like a lot of overtraining, but you may think otherwise. All the same, Best of luck!

when i started my arms were 14,5 inches, now, almsot two years later theyre 16,5
im aiming for 17 at the end of the year
i would say 1 inch on your arm per year is good, but i did this without very very good dieting, without protein powder and without creatine.(nothing else either)
1 inch in 6 months..........id say 2/3 of an inch in 6 months if you really put your all but i think if you set this goal you would be deceived~460/~320/510 pr's
fun pr's
deadlift 340 x 15
squats 245 x 45
6' ~220

no no no dude
here is the situation
iwas 16 and weighed 120 i guessVERY SKINY AND BONEY . could only bench 95 once. and could only curl the 20's about 8 times for 4 sets i think i inhereted anerexea <spelt wrong" from my mom...... if possible..
long story short
moved with 1/2 brother and started intense training after 10 months i took the tape to the arm and bam 17 inchers no ****.
i can bench 210 2 or 3 times and curl the 40's for 10 times sets of 3 then 1 set 30 then 1 set 25
weight: 220
sum fat but very little people say around 14-16%
i only have a before pic of me standing i'll get a after picLast edited by KempsterZero; 06-30-2004 at 04:57 PM.
