After 18 years, not too many workouts stand out as "the best". I don't ever remember seeing my workouts in that manner. Workouts are a means to an end. Obviously, to building my physique.
The following does stand out in my mind, however. In 1994, I did this quad workout at Mike Quinn's Gold's Gym in Boca Raton:
Hack Squats: 3 sets; 10 reps with 18 plates
7 reps with 20 plates
3 reps with 22 plates
Leg Press: 3 sets; 30 plates for 18 reps
34 plates for 15
38 plates for 11 reps
Leg Extensions: 3 sets; Stack plus 45 lb. plate x 6-8 reps
That was my all-time favorite workout.IFBB Professional Bodybuilder
