Yes...although I've never tried either, RPN can be trusted.

Havoc is definitely the better choice. No illusions...no nothing, just solid products. IBE has been a tad shady, and they do not like responding to PMs.

from what i and many people have read its been hinted numerous times that epistane does not "=" the same compound.

This is your first experience with designer steroids correct?

I'd run it 20/20/30/30 or even 10/20/30/30.

14x2 = 28
14x3 = 42

42+28 = 70...bottle has 90

yes im currently running the Evo stack.. just real quick i know theres other threads about this but im gonna purchase the Havoc. what else so i need to buy right now with it?

to add to this, start with 10mg and see how you feel. i dont think a full week of 10mg would be necessary,a lot of people start at 10mg and increase to 20mg on the 2nd-4th day. if you workout mon-fri i would suggest taking the first dose on say sunday evening....ive heard other people recommend this and it makes sense. dont take your diet,training or PCT lightly....they will determine how much muscle you gain and keep after cycle.

id also suggest AI's cycle support. havoc isnt as harsh on your body, but why take the risk. good luck.

IWillSingToYou (8:04:01 PM): Preload = Taking supplements prior to cycle. You're basically loading your body with protective nutrients before you start your cycle. One serving of Perfect Cycle for 14 days prior to taking your first dose of Havoc.

Ok. To further answer your questions.

The whole Havoc "experience" will last around 10 weeks (2 pre, 4 during, 4 PCT)

First two weeks: One serving of Perfect Cycle each day
Next two weeks: Two servings of Havoc. One with breakfast, one with preworkout meal or 6-8 hours later w/meal. You can start out with a once daily dosage for the first 2-3 days, and then bump it up to two. TWO Servings of Perfect Cycle Daily.
Next two weeks: Three servings of Havoc. Spread throughout the day w/meals. TWO Servings of Perfect Cycle Daily.
Next 4 weeks: Nolva at 40/40/20/20. Lean Xtreme at 3 caps/day. One servings of Perfect Cycle Daily.

Take a multivitamin/fish oil throughout

In the last 4 weeks, add in creatine, and all staple supplements.

Eat like a horse for ALL 8 weeks. 4000+ calories I would recommend. Make the most of your cycle count!

Edit: Take 3 capsules of NOW Liver Detoxifier and Regenerator ON cycle (With Havoc)
