Need some help fellas
Im desperate for a solid meal plan that WILL cut fat and allow me to continue to build muscle and obviously not loose what i currently have
If we can avoid veggies somehow that would be preferable i HATE them but if not no worries ill blend them up and drink them
Im 22 years old 210lbs 5'11 workout 6 days a week
Thank you to those who supply a solid meal plan that will do what im looking for

Make sure you have your macros and caloric intake figured out based on your current stats and goals. That would be the first thing to do. The links below can help with that:
TDEE Calculator
Calculating Calories and Macronutrients
Nutrition
After you figure these out it's just a matter of hitting those numbers based on what you like to eat and what works for you. Check out some of the sample nutrition plans on here. You may find better luck if you post this in the nutrition section instead of the supplement section.

IMO, you're better off making your own plan once you've done a bit of research. We don't know what you like to eat, can afford to buy, and know how to cook.
How do you hate all veggies? There are so many different ones with different tastes, textures, ways to prepare them. You can avoid them if you really want to. It will just be more work to meet your micro and fiber requirements. You can't help the hopeless.

You need to pick one goal and set your diet up for it. Fat loss = caloric deficit. Muscle gain = caloric surplus.
Veggies are important micro nutrients. Do yourself a favor and incude them somehow into your diet. If you have such a problem that you cannot handle eating them, look at purchasing a greens supplement.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
