All the benches in my pleb$hit gym have been replaced with new ones which are about 1-2 inches below comp bench height. It doesn't seem like much, but it's completely ruined my whole foundation, so my arch, leg drive and tightness is all gone.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get by with equipment like this? Like using a foam pad or form adjustments? I normally place feet outward, so exaggerating that seems to be the best I can do so far. Placing my feet under/back feels impossible.
Any advice? Thanks

when I train on the chitty benches at 24 I usually solve this 2 different ways:
1) put your feet further out in front of you. You'll be able to still use leg drive without too much buttlift.
or
2) Bench with your feetup. I know this isn't ideal or practical for all PLing training, but I've done 3-6 month blocks of doing feet up benching which translated well once I went back to feet on the ground. By having your feet on the bench you can get a good arch and maintain your tightness, just can't really use any leg drive lolAwesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
