I've read some studies and basically it seems to go both ways and ultimately depends on the person. For some people it did spike their blood sugar/insulin but for others there was no change.
I just want to know your thoughts and experiences. It seems like it wouldn't on a chemical level but maybe it tricks the body into doing it because it tastes like sugar?

I measured around my stomach (relaxed) where the belly button is and it's roughly 44 inches (srs) It literally looks like i'm pregnant, the rest of my body is not as fat so it looks retarded as fuk. I haven't tested my blood sugar ever though, but I have a history of higher blood pressure, ranges from 130-150 over 80-90.

You probably mean insulin resistance. And no you don't necessarily have that if you have a large midsection.
You do not need to worry about insulin spikes, especially not those of artificial sweeteners.
