Question about this circuit training programs

    I'm currently reading Goal 1 and I have a question - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw15.htm

    MONDAY & THURSDAY
    A1) Squats 3x10
    A2) Military Press 3x10
    A3) Deadlifts 3x10
    A4) Rows 3x10

*No Rest between exercises and 2 minutes rest between circuits.
**Complete in order and then repeat two times.
It's saying "No rest between exercises". Does it mean let's say I finish squats 3 set x10, I should not rest and continue with military press, etc?
    ---<<< Sept 29, 2015 Update(s) >>>---
Bench Press 3x215 lbs from 185 lbs
Squats 5x225 lbs from 185 lbs
Deadlift 5x275 lbs from 255 lbs
    Dips 8x80lbs

    You're misreading it. You do:

1 set of 10 reps Squats
1 set of 10 reps Military Press
1 set of 10 reps Deadlifts
1 set of 10 reps Rows

    - Repeat 2x-

Also, that is how the no rest works. You're supposed to just go from exercise to exercise. Your only break is adjusting any weights if you have to, but ideally, you're supposed to just have to go to the next "station."

None the less, that circuit workout looks stupid as hell.

Agreed, you are doing legs and back twice thanks to deadlifts, and who was chest?

Edit: just saw the link, he is dong bench press and other exercises on a different day

Oh ok. Where can I find good programs? Thanks for telling me it's a stupid program. That article was approved by bodybuilding so I assumed it was ok.

Go to the 'workout programs' forum and pick a program from the sticky threads at the top of that forum.

There are many, many poorly-structured programs listed in the 'articles' section of this website; you'd do well to stay away from that part of the site altogether, and just stick to what you find in the forums.
    No brain, no gain.
