Pro Gainer or 100% Gold Whey

I'm 18 years old and I'm starting to go to the gym again 4-6 times a week. I'm only 160 and I want to gain weight the easiest and fastest way possible.

I bought the 100% gold Standard whey but I also read about pro gainer which is making me contemplate which one to use. I can return the gold standard and get the pro gainer
Pro gainer = 600 calories and 60 grams of protein
Whey = 24 grams of protein

Which is more suitable and smarter for me? I just want to bulk and gain muscle the most sufficient way possible. Thanks!

If your goal is to gain weight than get some whole milk and peanut butter, not some garbage gainer.

I used to be like you, why not use gainers then I slowly started using food instead. I havent looked back since.

If you want a gainer so bad make your own, milk, PB, oats, scoops of whey etc

You could, but why? If you can get calories from whole foods than it is usually cheaper and far better in terms of nutrients.

The thing is it's hard to have a solid eating schedule everyday. Because I don't have breaks where I work so sometimes I go like 6 or 7 hours without consuming any food.

I'm sorry, but so you are going to carry a 28oz shaker in your pocket with 3 scoops of gainer and try to mix it when nobody is looking? I don't really see that as a solution, you have to wash the shaker out or RIP when you get home and try and do it. Funktastic

I'll be honest, I am not sure if you are ignorant or stupid at this point...

You don't need an eating schedule- you need to reach your calorie, macro/micro-nutrient goals each day, when you meet them is mostly down to personal preference. If you can meet your needs in just 2 meals than it is fine, if you want more meals that is fine too.

Start with nutrition- learning the basics about calorie and macro/micro nutrients and how they will help you reach your goals, read-
