Oh baby, Rhoden is a beast.

Has definately put on size on the back/arms and even legs

On the Olympia stage, no one has better legs than him.

Proportions, flow, aesthetics are just amazing.

Kai maybe, but I prefer Shawn

I was just thinking how blown up he seems. You can see veins, but not muscle fibers whatsoever. I wonder if that is just the protocol he is on (as Levrone, Yates and Ray discussed in that recent article), or if he is injecting synthol as well.

Kai alone beats him handily in quads, hamstrings, biceps, pecs and lats.

No body part of Phil's is currently the best in the game other than his delts.

No, but yes. Kai biceps is better for sure. And in that pic his legs looks small. Great calves too and the way he hit the pose help him to not look narrow in the chest.
The great thing i see in Phil in that exact pose, are his arms+shoulder, as well as his calves. And still there is a guy with better arms ....
Sorry but to me he dosnt have the perfect package. Not to mention he lose last year Olympia pretty easy, but they gift him. 2012 was pick em up, but 2014 was disgrace.
How should i like a guy who behave like a d***? And when he was worst from the top 4 in the prejud, but they give him perfect score?

Kai has his hams so developded that he doesn't have to let them hang...he can flex them, like ronnie used to do, and shows striations from the side. Phil lets his hams hang from the side, showing no detail whatsoever, for sweep's sake. Kai has better hams than phil from every angle.




Kai has better biceps than phil from the back, no argument there. Front the front (front double), its apples and oranges. I prefer kai's in most pics, but in some pics i prefer phil's.





In the most muscular, i prefer kais peaks. In the side chest, depends on the pic. Imo neither dominates the other in most poses, except from the back, where kai has easily better bis. So i have no issue with someone saying kai has better bis than phil.

Man I hope Roelly can bring it in for this Olympia and address his gut issues. He would look unreal with a streamlined midsection and conditioning. To me he really has Mr. Olympia potential if he can put everything together.

I think the herniated belly button is more pronounced...he should have that fixed in offseason.

he should have done it last year or at least right after the Olympia. Maybe he thought he could get away with it or he had obligations and guest posings who knows. For Shawn Rhoden and Hide, it saved their physique and made them so much better. For Wolf, it messed up his abs and also he couldn't lift heavy for a pretty long time.

I prefer less gap between the muscle and inner elbow. If that comes at the expense of peak then so be it.

This is my point: neither dominates the other in most poses (phil lacks peak and kai lacks fullness (relatively to each other)...1 weakness each, so neither dominates the other no matter what you and i prefer), except from the back, where kai has easily better bis. So i have no issue with someone saying kai has better bis than phil.

Ps: you have no idea what the judges prefer. Do you really want me to name that one guy who won 8 O's and happens to be the goat, as an argument why the judges prefer peaks?
