I like using nose tork, except some places you lift won't let you, and at some competitions you won't be able to use them on or near the platform and so it basically has worn off by the time you're lifting. But stuff works.

I've used nose tork in a couple of training pr attempts. I don't think it's helped one bit for myself, just makes my eyes water and hard to focus on what I'm doing.

You've really gotta make sure not to smell too much when using nose tork. When I first got it i just put my nose right to the cap and took a whiff.... and literally everything in my nasal cavity liquified. It burned like hell and my nose didn't feel the same for days.
If you're going to use it, waft it toward your face like you're taught to smell chemicals in chemistry. Because it is straight up a volatile substance.**Georgia Crew**
