    Nothing wrong with bro splits, if you're not sore for the following 3 days and can actually hit everything twice a week then you ain't training hard enough.

    I've done both, for hypertrophy id say once a week each muscle group is optimal.

    For guys that do PPL or upper/lower routines how do you get a solid chest workout in when you've worked shoulders first or vice versa?

    lemme guess, you just started hitting muscle groups multiple times a week and seeing massive gains. It's not going to stay the same trust me, your body gets used to training the same way at the same frequency, eventually you'll find doing less is more sometimes, and doing more is more, that's the game, gotta keep playin it.
