He looked a little different, but he weighed 184 so only a couple of pounds under what he normally weighs in at. He will probably weigh 200 plus come the fight. He was on TRT for his previous fights and suspected to be on steroids in his early days. he was tank. He is probably still on stuff now.
old pic.
this is during his withdrawal phase lol.

Bros who follow MMA -
Do we have any authentic Shaolin style kung-fu based fighter in the mainstream MMA world ? like serious one-inch-punch using, praying mantis or tiger style etc type ?Honours in Physics

I don't know much but most of these fighters I see are just about the same, muay thai + boxing + judo/jiu-jitsu/wrestling . I have never seen proper taekwondo, Capoeira moves ...I would like to see atleast some authentic kung-fu style chops n punches n not only haymakers n elbows. Ofcourse I know a pure form will not last in the MMA ring, I just wanna watch a match of this kind for entertainment purpose.. Anyone can recommend something ?
You like travelling ? You just finished up with your studies as you told in a post once. Why not go away to some far/ exotic place for some weeks n slay as much poon as possible ?Honours in Physics

2 meanings for symmetry: the obvious mathematical one, and proportion.
Ramy doesn't have mathematical asymmetries, so that can't be it;
Now for proportion, "He is huge all over, big legs, big arms, big back..." so that can't be it;
The question presents itself...wtf is ronnie talking about?"Kai's traps outsize him, when you compare them to the rest of his body, he's very very thick there, it makes him unbalanced." - Lee Thompson

You should watch early days of UFC matches on youtube. Also early Pride matches. Those days were about busting myths of masters of each technique although Gracie did make it and I was surprised at that. Ever since the 90's and the internet fad, no one dares to put themselves forward unless they were well rounded.
Also very few videos of monkish or kung fu masters who just got pounded instantly.
There is one that I know of that still fights to this day but he is more rounded than he used to be but he was very monkish at the beginning of his career putting away people who did muay thai. Yi LongLast edited by MrDeafMuscle; 05-26-2015 at 06:52 PM.
