Weidman vs Belfort should be a great bout. Weidman was pissed at the weigh-ins after finding out Belfort's recorded high test levels during his lead up to the fight. I'm not sure what Vitor was on for his past fights but he looked way down on size today.

No. Not successful anyway. There was a guy I remember seeing doing a kickboxing match and he was supposedly trained in Shaolin style. Most of these styles just don't work now with well trained and well rounded fighters.

I have never seen proper taekwondo, Capoeira moves ...I would like to see atleast some authentic kung-fu style chops n punches n not only haymakers n elbows. Ofcourse I know a pure form will not last in the MMA ring, I just wanna watch a match of this kind for entertainment purpose.. Anyone can recommend something ?

From what I've read from people on this board, symmetry has many definitions. Perhaps Ronnie was referring to the 'conditioning' aspect of symmetry or the 'muscle maturity' aspect

I would suggest lifting your way out of it, set yourself a goal, maybe try to get up to 200lbs and increase your lifts by 50%.

Not sure what to recommend for that other than the early UFC fights. The quality of those fights was atrocious, but you had people genuinely coming in with only one style.

You should watch early days of UFC matches on youtube. Also early Pride matches. Those days were about busting myths of masters of each technique although Gracie did make it and I was surprised at that. Ever since the 90's and the internet fad, no one dares to put themselves forward unless they were well rounded.

Also very few videos of monkish or kung fu masters who just got pounded instantly.

There is one that I know of that still fights to this day but he is more rounded than he used to be but he was very monkish at the beginning of his career putting away people who did muay thai. Yi Long
