So many people come up and ask how many sets you have left and if they can use it after you when you bring your own handle. Gets a bit tiring explaining it doesn't belong to the gym.
Anyone with one of these gets swarmed in my gym (a few people bring them because for some dumb reason we don't have any).
Not cheaper to just have it sent to a PO Box near the border and drive across to get it?

In on the new shenanigans thread.
Sorry Sammy, bit this did make me lol.
In other news, missing my third day of work because I'm sick. I usually wouldnt miss this many days, but I work outside and really don't feel like being out in the cold with a cold. Also, I've missed two workouts now damn it.RPS Annihilation, 10-18-14, 220 amateur, raw, no knee wraps or sleeves:

The HammyJr Saga, Chapter 17:
Just got back from the sports orthopedic surgeon and doctor of a professional baseball team and 4 college teams. He said it may actually be a good thing that it was fully torn since partial tears usually result in lasting pain and eventually surgery to strip the tendon out. And reattaching the tendon usually doesn't help and only causes more pain b/c they have to strip every hamstring tendon to reattach it properly, so it was strongly recommended I don't get surgery. He said for me to go back to my normal routine of 2x legs per week and do compounds and isolations, and continue to try to strengthen it with isolations. He said it will take a very long time but now that it's healed my quads will grow back to normal size if I go hard on them with leg press/lunges, etc. He even said I could compete next november and start dieting in March as long as I see improvement by march.
cliffs:
i can compete next year, he believes I can get back to 100% in size.
yeah baby.Last edited by SammyJr; 12-19-2014 at 05:47 PM.
