I've heard good things about Candito's program, but it's just too lower volume and too powerlifty for my tastes atm . Good set up though!

Lots of squat, deadlift, and bench. Less accessory work. Big three hit multiple times per week in varying ranges.
Yeah we'll see. It's only a 6 week program (if I only run it once) so it can't hurt on this long journey!
It's free on his page if you wanna take a look yourself guys

It wasn't ideal attempting a max effort at 5AM but I have no idea how this weekend is going to play out so I wanted to make sure I got it in. I missed 325 at the normal sticking point about 3-4 inches off the chest. I don't think it would have been completely out of the question on a perfect day.
That being said, 315 at 172 is an easy body weight PR. I've hit 315 in the past but it was at about 183-185. My goal will probably be 315 at 165 in October★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

Safe to say the 1RM calculator is way off in higher rep ranges. I failed 320 last week and the calculator said 250 x 10 is 333. Either way that's def. a PR and I'm stoked★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★
