thats a powerlifter,this is for guys who do bodybuilding.
So why is he shown here?? he only does a max lift a few times and not 10,he couldnt as he would be too tired to carry on.
I would rather watch a bodybuilder doing 10 x 200 kilos and know how he started and when he reached that weight.davesporty

I don't lie about mine, mine is about average at my high school. I didn't record myself squatting, so I can't say I went below parallel, but my weights teacher who is really strict with form didn't count anyone who didn't get below parallel. There was an asian kid in my class about 144 lbs who said he was going to squat 320 for reps but ended up getting buchered by form and having to drop to 275x2 or 3 reps. I got 295x9 and about 5 of the reps I did did not count due to not going parallel. This isn't even that good of a number as there were some guys in my grade squating 350+ for reps of ten. I think the highest calculated max came close to 500. If I went ATG, I doubt I'd be able to do 225x10.
