    tbh I'm okay with not adding 200cals of butter and fats to my daily coffee. Doesn't seem worth it even if it works.

    Please don't waste your time with it. It is all a scam. I tried it and it tasted like crap. The only time I would suggest anything like this is if someone was on a Keto Diet. But if you do decide to try it, don't waste your money on their coffee.

    I'm not about spending $35/lb on coffee but have tried butter/mct in a cup of coffee (separately, or I get crazy chits). I definitely do feel an extra pep in my step and not as hungry in the morning. I don't make a habit of it, though.

    I just make my own, but not because it's magical or anything, but because I'm keto, it tastes good, and makes hitting my fat macros easier. Butter, coconut oil, and heavy cream. 45g fat macros met right off the bat in the morning.

    Sounds pretty lousy in all honesty.

    It's 2 cups of low toxin coffee, 2-6 tablespoons of grass-fed butter, and 1-2 tablespoons MCT oil blended together.

    There's been some people calling this out, questioning the toxins, the need for all that butter, etc.

    That sounds delicious.

    Protein shakes with heavy cream are good in general, and so is coffee... so you combined the best of both worlds.

    I like doing cold coffee with vanilla whey protein and french vanilla cream. Suppose you could add some oils and butter to that if you wanted.

    An oatmeal, protein, coffee, heavy cream shake sounds fantastic for bulking. Throw in some peanut/almond butter and chia seeds for good effect.
