Red face Eating disorder past-- Help by reviewing my diet

    Hello,

This is the first time I post something in here.
I am a 22 years old female. Most of my life I was - not really overweight but chubby ...
When I was 16 I headed first into a ****ty diet and ended up battling anorexia then bulimia kicked in and for 5 years I was between binges/throwing up and dieting.
Since a year I am doing slightly better although I still have moment where I slip up.. I am an emotional eater always have been..

Anyway, long story short, two months ago I started working out , I love that, I got used to the discipline of working out easily-- like I wouldn't miss a day (6 times a week), I would give it 100%, I'd workout even if m sore, tired, sick, like no excuses!!
But diet wise, it's still f*cked up.. and we all know it's 80% diet 20% gym so I didn't see much results - not as much as I should ve seen with better dieting

I feel ready to do this the right way, to commit 100% to this life change and to take myself accountable of what I eat but I am no reliable source when it comes to diets so I did a lot of research and decided to do carb cycling diet
I put together a diet and workout plan that I would like to share with you in order to get feedback as some of you out there will know better than me

9 am wake up , protein shake
    9:30 Workout : 1:20 cardio/ HIIT
11 am breakfast, All bran fiber cereals, skim milk
02 pm Lunch, turkey breast, vegetables + sweet potato if high carb day
05 pm snack, 90 cottage cheese or fruit if high carb day
06 pm Workout if high carb day :Strength training/lifting
08 pm Diner turkey breast, vegetables + brown rice if high carb day
    11 pm Casein shake

If am not doing this right, try not to mock me or insult me, we all need to start somewhere right and I am just trying to seek help.
BTW I am 5'4" (163 cm) , 128lbs (58kg) and I am not sure but according to internet (using my measurement) I am 22% bf
my first goal would be to get down to 114lbs (52kg) and 18% BF

    Thanks ..

    and this: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=156380183

There is also a thread dedicated to eating disorders, in case you ever need some support or people to talk to: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=149942713

About your proposed diet; carb cycling won't provide any specific benefit for weight loss (other than fluctuating water weight, which would only make it more difficult to track your true weight loss). Calculate your TDEE from the thread linked above, and eat a deficit to lose weight. Ensure sufficient protein and fat intake, and eat enough whole, unprocessed foods to ensure micronutrient sufficiency as well.

There is such thing as 'Discretionary calorie allowance', meaning you can eat "junk" foods as long as it fits into your overall daily targets; but depending on your will power, you may choose to treat this differently. You know yourself best and what foods you should eat/avoid to keep yourself on track.

Also, you may have been exaggerating, but I wouldn't recommend working out every single day of the week, and especially not while sick.

Read the threads linked above, and post back with the relevant information (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=129523333). Afterwards, feel free to ask any questions that you still have
