I'm going to get absolutely destroyed for this comment but here it goes.
I really feel like Ramy will never amount to anything more than a decent competitor in the Olympia and i doubt he will ever break through to the top 3. He has the mass (we all know that), but he is basically a modern day Greg Kovacs. He will always be a monster, but thats simply not good enough. Don't get me wrong, he has one of the freakiest physiques i have seen. However, he cannot come in conditioned enough. Notice i said cannot. It's not a matter of time, simply he can't do it. He has had the opportunity but it never happens. People have their positives and negatives and this will always be a major factor in what is holding Ramy back. I laugh when people suggest he hasn't been conditioned because Dennis is trying to bring him in big. Also, if you look at his physique he lacks muscle separation immensely. Yeah, his quads are the size of trains but he has little separation compared to the top placing pros. You will all laugh at me. But mark my words, Ramy will not cross 3rd place in this Olympia, or any Olympia for that matter.

Honestly, i would be guessing if i answered that question. But when i look at other competitors who have been successful near 300lbs (Dorian and Ronnie), there is a distinct difference between the physiques. Now granted, I'm comparing Ramy to 2 bodybuilders who are arguably the best ever, but still. When you look at him, you don't see the crazy muscle separation, density, vascularity, and other things that push you into the top placings of the Olympia.
I see Ramy and he is feat of nature. His Bodyfat levels always seem as low as the next guy on stage. Yet, he doesn't obtain the separation or vascularity mentioned earlier.
I could compare it to Jay Cutler. No matter how low Jay's body fat got, he never had crazy vascularity. Even in 09. However, he did have some of the best detail out there.

To say that Ramy or any pro bodybuilder will never come in conditioned is simply not a fact. He could compete for another 10 years or more. We have no way of knowing what will happen over the years. I think any bodybuilder has the capability to come in shredded, its just a matter of figuring out exactly what needs to be done, and it ain't easy.

I won't bash you, it is your opinion and that is fine.. but I just don't agree.
We really have no way of knowing what type of condition he can achieve. He hasn't even done enough contests yet for us to form a pattern or prediction on him. We know he has genetics to build and maintain a lot of muscle for one. That's about it.
I bet he hasn't tried that many conditioning methods so the possibility of success is still very much in his favor. It is a total learning process for some.
Personally I think he will figure it out at some point. There are just so many different ways to skin a cat.

Dorian never competed near 300 iirc
The thing is we have never seen ramy with striations in his glutes like phil. He never reached THAT level of conditioning. If he does, he will have much much more detail. I believe he can reach that conditioning. He has the size. Now he should focus on bringing the overall package, whoch is doable. He has all the time in the world to figure it out
Edit: nobody is really bashing you. We just disagree and explained whyMS, Computer Science

I see what you guys are saying and i am being arrogant. I just can't get past his conditioning.
But really, in all honesty you guys are right. He very well may crack the top 3. Sometimes i get to arrogant talking about bodybuilding haha.
Now if you were to tell me he would place top 3 this year...

you guessed it, another session of cardio as we close out our day of training. You know.. Today was a good day. We strive to make everyday just as good.
It's funny how things pop into your mind later down the road of this journey we call life. We were shooting a workout video today at @bevsgym for @flex_magazine... I remembered a time when I was just starting in the game of what we call bodybuilding.. and all the greats before me were training at my local gym.. with all the lights.. camera's.. and spectators just watching as I said to myself... One day that's going to be me!! and when that day comes I'm going to train with everyone and anyone.. I remember that moment today when I came across and met a new friend today and a supporter of what makes what we do possible. "Hey man I said.. What are you training today. My new friend replied from a distance.. shoulders he said.. good news.. Me too... Would you like to train with me.. Yes!! he replied.. and so it went.. A great shoulder workout. #LetsWork. #OLYMPIA #50thOlympia @musclemeds @flex_magazine #DontForgetWhereYouCameFrom - Kai
