John Meadows, Mountain Dog Diet Founder/Creator, Signs 3-Year Deal with Prime Nutrition
Boca Raton, Florida – Very rarely does a brand sign two of the most respected and influential people in the same week, but we have done just that. On Monday we rocked the bodybuilding industry with the news of Evan Centopani joining Prime Nutrition and today it is with great pleasure we welcome and announce John Meadows.
John has agreed to terms on a 3-year contract with Prime Nutrition where he will serve as Director of Business Development for the company. Meadows brings a wealth of experience to Prime having formerly served as a high level executive at Chase Bank for which he worked on all of their largest projects. In addition to his impressive corporate banking background, he’s better known in the bodybuilding industry as the creator of MountainDogDiet.com, arguably the most comprehensive and valuable learning tools for bodybuilders anywhere online.
It’s not only John’s passion for bodybuilding that excites us, but his entrepreneurial spirit and decades of experience both in bodybuilding and in business. One area that Meadows will play a vital role is expanding the research and development of peri-workout supplementation. For those who are familiar with John’s teachings, he is adamant about the importance of intelligent nutrient intake while we train. There is absolutely no better person anywhere in the world that can target and unlock the mechanisms for new muscle growth in regards to peri-workout nutrition than John.
As we always say, Prime Nutrition is rooted on relationships and friendships. The friendship that Centopani and Meadows have forged will undoubtedly help enhance the innovative formulations soon to be released as these two crunch numbers and discuss concepts. The possibilities are endless.
Here’s what Evan had to say about John joining Prime Nutrition:
“Fads, trends and all that is popular carries the distinct risk of being all but forgotten with the coming of tomorrow. Time is the ultimate jury and only that with actual substance stands a chance at going the distance. The same holds true for individuals. Substance isn’t accrued overnight. It takes years of learning and practical application before a person can rightfully be recognized as a master of their trade. Needless to say, gimmicks are a dime a dozen, while the real thing is in short supply.
John Meadows is the real thing; a formidable competitor, a tremendous coach and a man who is recognized as an innovator and held in high regard for being one of the few who actually knows what he’s talking about. More importantly, he’s a great individual and someone whom I’ve never heard a negative thing about. When John called me a few days ago and expressed his enthusiasm over everything happening at Prime and told me that he wanted to be a part of it, the only question I had for him was “When can you begin?” Simply put, I know he will be an invaluable addition to Prime Nutrition and for that reason, I have decided to make John a part of our team.”

PJ and Arron be on that grind. Good for them. Prime is positioning itself to eventually be a possible, legit, top name brand.

I'm not a supplement type of guy and try to eat real food as much as possible.
But i'll be honest, I've never actually heard of Prime Nutrition but the power of respected guys like Evan and John joining them has so far marketed the company enough for me to now know that they could actually create an actual range of supplements that DO work... We'll see.IG: waldronconstruction

I don't know how JM is going to come out with a pre / intra / post workout supplement set when he (and those close to him) have posted videos on how to make these things dirt cheap from multiple ingredients. I guess if people don't want to "mix" the meal they can buy it at 200-300% increase, but for most of the guys who are bodybuilding, they'll opt for the efficient route.

Bingo! While anyone can go purchase any of the raw ingredients in any supplement whether it's an intra, pre workout or just a health supplement and mix them, they don't. I rarely do only because of taste and time! Plus who do you know would ever come up with all the ingredients for a supplement like Phytoform?

Intra - BCAA's and Gatorade.
Pre - Oats, whey, whatever.
That's some serious laziness. I know he adds a couple other things, but point stands.
Had to Google phytoform. Looks like a salad and some fruit thrown in a blender. A lot of guys climbed to the top with all of this stuff. And most of it is just a gimic. Its just about getting your food in to grow and resting to be able to recover the damage you've done. Everything else is just marketing. I mean if you want supplements and it makes you happy, go for it, but they don't really change the game aside from convenience - if that. It's not about where you are today, but what you're doing right now, to build a better you for tomorrow. - Me

Have you ever heard an interview by Milos Sarcev or John Meadows on Intra workout nutrition? I am not disputing your claims but there is some real science behind HBCD's and faster absorbing protein/amino acids. If you think just gatorade and BCAA's are the same I would have to disagree. Try taking in 200g of carbs through gatorade intraworkout, I have tried. HBCD's are the only form of carbs I can take in at that time without disrupting my workout.
Now for Phytoform. What is your alkalinity at on any given day? Do you eat enough veggies? I veggie juice almost daily and add phytoform on top of that. With that being said there is no way to get in the amount needed on a bodybuilding diet without supplementing. Sure you may get in the amount needed for your fiber needs but there is so much more to it than that. A bodybuilding diet is the most acidic diet there is. Acidity is what breeds disease and inflammation. Take cancer for instance. It cannot survive in an alkaline environment.Formutech Nutrition Board Representative

I'm an IFer who works out fasted and occasionally will pop a caffeine pill before the gym as my 'preworkout' @ 6 cents a pill.
I also eat whole vegetables in a big ass salad every day and a few pieces of fruit, or occasionally I'll slam back a kale shake.
Is there something in photoform that my real fruits and vegetables don't have?***Unjustly mod negged crew***
