Every time I get up to walk I become a member of the Ministry of Silly Walks.
That's when you know you had a solid leg session.
My left knee felt a bit wonky on the hack squat 100ps set.
I'll have to increase the weight on those a bit more slowly.
I was looking at an upcoming show's competitor info and I was getting the urge to sign up..
Over 60 BB was looking very tempting.
Then reality took hold and I resisted..LOL!
I will stay the course and work on these dinky quads if mine for the next year.

This was a great training session.
So much pump!
Weight is increasing on most lifts even on Hyper Days.
At team posing there were two guys we both did physique and then I did bodybuilding and had a one on one session.
We tweaked the mandatory poses to show things off better.
It was one of the best posing sessions I've had..

I skipped cardio today I was just feeling too tired.
I'm wondering if I'm getting sick or if it's because I've been up late watching Le Tour De France for some quad motivation...LOL!
The rack pulls felt strong and my lower back was fine.

RUMINATIONS
This morning as I was leaving for the gym I noticed a nail in my rear tire.
It wasn't flat so I went to the gym.
This caused me to cut the WO short so I would have time to get it repaired
After training I headed to Les Schwab to get it repaired.
That took one hour.
I've been at 170 and 171 in the morning for two days in a row.
If I am at or above 170 tomorrow morning I will begin my mini cut.
I'll cut until I'm around 165.

Not too concerned about strength. right now.
That will return again as I increase food after mini cut.
Yeah I am not fat and I don't want to return to the state I was in at the beginning of this past prep. 189 and FLUFFY!
The reason for the mini is to keep the fluff at bay.
Every time after a show I just gain weight and most of it is fluff.
I then have to spend 6 months losing it..it kinda sucks.
So this time I decided to try something different and see how it turns out.
Always learning..
