naw, im following it imagining myself eating popcorn but in reality its chicken breasts lol. i do appreciate you guys' participation though, as it allows me along with these companies to see what people on here like. no obviously this is a small community which doesn't represent the entire world, but it does have some influence on young guys getting into the sport. all i can say is thank you all for following me and being apart of this journey. its gonna be a wild ride, but one that'll make you excited!

Oh, and before I forget, if you guys want some training videos that are free, then I need your participation on my social feeds. Its a two-way street as social media allows me to really dictate what I'll try and focus on, helping others. I wanna post some cool stuff when possible, so I need those 'follows' & 'likes' on FB, IG and Twitter as I know many people just lurk, but that's not participating as the numbers do help. You want more, I'll give you more, just meet me halfway ok.

Well, you guys made it to halfway through page 2 before someone stated Phil's chance to win this year might be shot after leaving MuscleTech. I'm happy it got that far.



I'd like to see ON myself, but I think from a personal / business perspective, Phil should do his own line. He can do a lot with the "Gifted" moniker and as he's still actively competing his name is up in lights everywhere he goes. Also, its tough to make a call about "moving to a good supp company" when all of those details for the supplements are known. Popularity can be gauged based on sales, etc. If you release your own product(s) you'll make the calls on what's good / not good. Sure, you can do that with a supp company, but now you pay a cut and have to work with an affiliate as opposed to calling your own shots.


I don't really buy supplements though except Creatine and BCAA's. Those are the cheapest price available as its all the same. Protein powders, pre-workouts, etc. are over-rated imho. But good luck regardless on the endeavor.



I'd like to see some day in the life videos of contest prep myself. Really enjoyed the ones Evan did.

Thank you all for your posts, I appreciate them all. My team and I are currently being approached by numerous companies and will make a solid decision very soon. When I speak of products, I truly mean that I will only sign with something which I will actually take. I know how the world thinks we don't take whom we sign with, as its easy to say "he's just in it for the money" but clearly if I were to give you the allotment of supplements I get, you'd try them and figure out which ones work best for you. I ran a supplement store and currently own part of one here in town, so I can honestly say I know what's good and what isn't for me. The coolest part of this opportunity is that I can finally engage more with all of the media attention and help others with their fitness and bodybuilding goals.

I will be posting more updates to keep you all informed on what's new and hot ok. I wanna tell you all that this move is going to be ONE HYOOOOOGE POWER MOVE as it should as its the 50th Anniversary of the Mr. Olympia contest and I learned long ago to seize every moment and this is one of them. Gonna go train now and yes its going to be ARMS and calves so 23s here I come lol.
