I know, right? Lol. That being said, you gotta understand that a lotta people hit the same muscle group 2x or sometimes even 3x per week. But IFBB pros tend to use the "bro split" of hitting each muscle group directly once per week and going balls-out with it on that training day.Originally Posted by DPNZ
