Since I'm just starting its been 40hr/week so far..but 50hr/week is normal in this job according to people that have been here longer.

Yup, paid the man $18,000 in taxes last year filing jointly with my wife after all write-offs (property tax, mortgage interested, ext.) Only way to get out of taxes is to have kids or start a company and run all your expenses through it. For us white collar people working for someone else..... pepper thy angus!

I got health+dental&vision and paid holiday + floating week..the benefits are actually quite good. (they kick in once I'm a month in)

nice work brah 68k at your age is pretty fuking good. That's were my wife started at roughly 4-5 years ago right out of college. She has already changed positions 3 times and is currently making more than 6 figures
