I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I must shed light to the poor souls who spend money on muscle mags and protein powders and pre-workout supplements. You can skip all that bull**** and use food and intense training and build a good physique. You can take it a step further and build a panty-dropping physique if you take drugs. Just remember, in some countries Muscle Enhancing Drugs are illegal without a prescription and could land you in trouble. I’m certainly not advising you take them, I am simply bringing the truth to you.

Good luck with that.
Bodybuilding wouldn't exist without the drugs, and the drug induced physiques that motivated millions in the 70's and provoqued the industry spread. Outside of a personal interest in improving your own physique a 100% natural bodybuilding competition (which would probably be impossible to do) would be boring and unimpressive.

I can't help but imagine that IFBB being properly tested could only be detrimental to the 'sport' in general, bodybuilding is still a niche. It's not mainstream and by introducing to many rules and regulations only shrinks the avenues available for 'sport' to grow. I think giving different options weather it be 'natural' shows, a physique or normal bodybuilding show I think having the variety is a good thing.
If people decide to ignore the different health Pro's and cons then that's on them. All the info is available to understand what is happening to achieve the different looks. I like that we have the Olympia pushing boundaries and no I don't like to see or here of the damage to the healths or even deaths of our favourite bodybuilders but that's life. It's part and parcel.

I remember when trolls had class...
''There’s this battle over waterboarding at places like Guantanamo Bay. I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''
