Hey everyone just got my supps in the mail today. Getting up super early (4a.m.) to get my journey started. In 90 days i'm going to be a better and more fit me. Hopefully I'll turn a few heads in the process lol.

Still new to this so forgive my tardiness. Can't get picture uploaded for some reason anyhoo...lol Day one went great had a nice chest day that ended with a dislocated thumb thanks to maxing out. Pushed 320 twice then tripped on someones jacket next to me and dislocated the thumb. Day two turned into leg day will post workouts when i get home this evening. Already feel so much better.

To repeat what Kconnell said, you won't be able to post pics till you have reach 50, (your personal posts) not just posts to your log.
I the mean time you could always give us an Introduction Post, with any details you would like to share. We would love to read about your goals, what supplements you will use to reach those goals, what kind of workouts you will be doing, nutrition, and just about you in general. * HAVING PROBLEMS WITH DIETING RESULTS?....**Regarding weight loss, There's no magical way to lose weight. It comes down to Physical Activity and Diet.... Take in fewer calories than you burn OR burn more through Training/Cardio then your taking in and you lose weight. Customizing your diet and training to your specific goal is the key to maximizing your results, dont try short cuts, fast gimmicks and so on, they will only back fire on you, if your not sure whether your training and diet is customized for your goal, reevaluate your calorie/carb daily intake and the type of training/cardio regiment your on.
For those that can't seem to lose excess weight despite diet and exercise, they should talk to their doctor, there are only two medical reasons ; Cushion's syndrome or having an under active thyroid gland, Other then that, you need to do the work.....
