Well, here it goes. I'm not sure if this is posting in the correct place. I will start by posting my first workout in the challenge which was Yesterday Jan 28th.
First use of Juggernaut Hp Wild Cherry 15 minutes before my work out. Tastes really good This afternoons workout is upper body 3 sets of each and was set up to stay in the 6-8 rep range. You will notice I am a little heavy and could not get on some.
Bench Press 65# - 3 x 4
DB Bent over Rows 23# each - 8,7,9
DB Shoulder Press 18# each - 8,8,7
Lying Tricep Ext. 23# - 3 x 6
DB Curls 18# each - 3 x 4
Lifting heavy, low reps....I felt strong and focused and seemed to really keep the momentum going. I did also drink the Infinite Force , Watermelon, during and after work out!SharlaMay

Good Evening Juggernauts!! I will now post my workout for this evening.... Day 2 for me. This Evening is Lower body. For those that don't know me.... I .have a home gym and SOMEONE forgot to Re Rack the weights! lol! Oh well! Juggernaut HP down the hatch 15 minutes prior to Workout! I mixed my Infinite Force as well to drink during. My workout was super pumped and STRONG!! This evenings workout is as follows:
HEAVY WEIGHT, LOW REPS
SQUATS 75# - 5,5,4
STIFF LEG DEADS 85# - 3 X 8
LEG EXTENSIONS 95# - 13 (WHAT????!!!!) TOO LIGHT!! 105# 2 X 8 YES!!!
LYING LEG CURLS 50# 3 X 8
STANDING CALF RAISES WITH 10# LEG WEIGHTS 3 X 60
ABS
KNEE UPS 3 X 12SharlaMay
