Here is the first post for the Juggernaut Challenge. I wish I could have gotten started up sooner, but life circumstances have pretty much kicked me in the balls over the last few months.
Time to make the Iron feel the pain, it will always be there for the next round unlike certain people.

1-23-14
Workout:
Rack Deadlifts 8 sets x 8 reps (405 lbs + 2 power bands doubled over - not quite sure what the total weight was with those added)
Wide grip pullups 4 sets to failure
Low Lat Pulldowns 4 sets x 20 reps (100 lbs)

1-24-14
Workout Cardio
30 minutes bike
15 minutes treadmill walk at full elevation

Very cool!
I still struggle with "Pull Ups", due to my forearms hurting, so my failure is around 5-7. Now reverse grip chin ups = no problem! Biceps = "Strong Like Bull!" LOL
