Hello fellow Juggernaut's!
I am a 38 years old former US Marine (ooh-rah!!).
I am super motivated to get started on the I AM Juggernaut 2014!
I have two goals: Gain 10lbs in lean muscle and shave 19% of my body fat.
I start tomorrow morning at 0430 - 12 weeks - maximum intensity!

Alright fellow Juggernaut's, I got my Build Muscle stack today and I pumped to start using it. This morning I was up at 0400 and did an ass-kicking workout. I am following Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Shred!

ooh-Rah Marines! Get Some!
Run in place - 3:00
Bench Press 4 sets / 9-11 reps
Run in place for 1 min between each set.
Incline Dumbbell Press 3 sets / 9-11 reps
Goblet sqauts - 1 min between sets
Decline Bench Press 3 sets / 9-11 reps
Dumbbell Swings - 1 min between sets
Dips - 4 sets / 9-11 reps
Box step ups - 1 min between sets
Close Grip Bench Press 4 sets / 9-11 reps
Dumbbell Lunges with a twist - 1 min between sets
Hanging Knee Raises 4 sets / 9-11 reps
Mountain Climbers - 1 min rest between sets
Crunches - 4 sets / 9-11 reps
Burpees - 1 min rest between sets

I have tried a couple different pre- and intra-workout drinks and I seriously love this Build Muscle stack.
Juggernaut HP has a great taste (I got pink lemonade) and mixes well in water. I have been getting up at 4am and it has done a great job of pulling me out my morning fog and getting me pumped up. I take one scoop about 30 mins prior to starting my workout.
Infinite Force also has a great taste (watermelon). I take 2 scoops and use it primary as my Intra workout drink. My energy level seems to stay pretty high throughout the workout; much more than before when i have used other products.
Finally, immediately following the workout I drink a protein shake with Infinite Labs BCAA's and Glutamine MTX; as well as, Beta-alanine.
Its probably too early to give the stack a serious review, but so far i like it!

Supplement Stack
Hey fellow Juggernauts,
With fat loss being the main goal, here's my supplement stack: (feel free to critique)
I do a 5am workout, 6 mornings a week.
Pre-workout:
60-minutes prior:
1 scoop of whey protein
5 grams of creatine micronized
5 grams of Glutamine MTX
5 grams of BCAA
3 grams of Beta-alanine
30 mins prior:
1 scoop of Juggernaut HP
During workout:
2 scoops of Infinite Force
Post-Workout:
2 scoop of whey protein
5 grams of creatine micronized
5 grams of Glutamine MTX
5 grams of BCAA
3 grams of Beta-alanine
Mid-Morning Snack:
1 scoop of whey protein
5 grams of BCAA
Mid-Afternoon snack:
1 scoop of whey protein
5 grams of BCAA
30 mins prior to bed
