I have not seen anyone who has built a large amount of muscle without the use of creatine, If someone could shed light on the topic I would appreciate it. I am sorry if this seems like a stupid question however I do not do much research into supplements and how they work.Has anyone here made any significant muscle gains without creatine?

you dont NEED creatine to gain a large amount of size. what you really do need is to eat a surplus of calories to feed your hard intense training. so if your maintenance cals are 2500, bump it up to 300 and i like to use the 40/40/20 splits, 40% carbs and protein and 20% fats. that seems to work extremely well for bodybuilders/weightlifters. but creatine would be a great additional SUPPLEMENT to your regimen. but just remember that everything has to be on point in order for it to work in your favor. diet/nutrition, supplementation, training and rest must all be covered big man. good luck

Do you need creatine for gains? NO. Will it help you to make gains? Yes. I personally don't go with out it, but its not needed to see great gains. Like everyone else said, Training and Diet. Then add supplements to take it to the next level if you want

Basically what everyone else has said. No, you don't need creatine to make significant muscle gains, however, when you supplement with creatine, you will probably notice that your strength increases someone. This increase in strength will allow your muscle to do a few extra reps. Those extra reps work your muscles muscle and may speed your gains slightly, but be advised that creatine isn't a magic formula. You will still need to eat lots in order to see any muscle gains.
