    Red face Fat loss supplement

I've already lost 45 pounds from eating less, moving more but now at a plateau. Want to work out more, just don't seem to have the energy....Looking for an easy supplement routine that will give me good energy and help with fat loss. I don't like to take too many pills and want to keep it simple. Thanks!

I really like Ripped Freak. Just take one though, in the AM. Stuff is powerful!

Not a rep or shill btw. I mostly just love to argue on the Religion/Politics forum, for the lulz.

The types of food you eat are largely irrelevant compared to the macro nutrients they contain.

Go to the nutrition section to find out about how to tweak your diet a bit more to continue to help with weight loss, than go and check out Turbo Shred by Swole Sports. It's currently on a buy 1 get 1 free deal, which is an amazing opportunity! I use it when I'm on a cut and I absolutely love it!

Your calories should be relatively consistent on a daily basis to judge whether or not a particular goal is working for you in terms of weight loss. If you're very hypocaloric (or not hypocaloric enough) it may cause a plateau effect which could be busted by changes in quantities of calories taken in daily.

Ripped Juice EX2 is a solid choice! Great long lasting energy, mood elevation and fat burning to top it off. Just make sure that your diet and nutrition are on point and that you create enough of caloric deficit to see results.

This ^ Its all about calories in, calories out. Although I would obviously never recommend it, someone could lose weight eating just Big Macs as long as they were in a caloric deficit, it wouldnt be healthy, but that is just to show you, its the calories that are important in terms of weight loss. The better you eat, obviously the better for your health, but you need to track calories and be in a deficit to lose weight.

Boom. I lost 120 lbs, and I can tell you I wouldnt have been able to do so without tracking my calories. You should visit the Nutrition Forum and read the stickies. They are very informative and helpful.

That is why you hit a plateau. If you are consistently hitting an accurate deficit you will keep losing weight. Visit the nutrition section

I lost about 35lbs just by keeping myself at a 300 calorie deficit at about 1.5 g of carbs per lb of body weight and then dropped to 1g after 2 weeks then to .5 after another 2 weeks and held that for another 4 weeks while doing that with a lot of HIT and lifting it just came off then I stopped brought my intake up and maintained the weight for a month and I'm about to cut down again...

the best fatloss stack is the eca stack. A lot of research is needed if you dont know about the ec/eca stack. Moreover, there are many non stim fatloss pills on the market like raspberry ketones, green coffee bean, african mango, if you want to try the non stim route.

like many have asked about nutrition, nutrition always comes first. i figured yours is together op since you are specifically asking about a fatloss supplement
