He needs to come in dry and shredded, but even more so! He needs to retain the pump and keep the fullness while on stage. He has a tendancy to 'deflate' more so than the others while on stage.
His combination of size, flow, and proportions make him always a serious threat imo.

You don't get bonus points for looking better then expected or making a comeback. I mean he got 2n'd 2 years ago its not like a huge comeback anyways. It wasn't though - best that year? just nor-... He had more mass though -especially in his back- and had a gut going on in that contest due to bad prep. Jay was incredibly dry and hard in that contest and looked better.

The more pics I see, the more I think he definitely looked better in '09 than in '01. Look at the pictures above. Dude looked soft in '01 from the rear. Coleman beat him fair and square.

So I don't know about all this "That's BS" stuff.
