man, Pac man is the smallest looking ifbb pro when wearing a tshirt.
everything he says is probably backed by science and research, but I really think the amount of difference it makes is small and may not be beficial or even detrimental to a more old school style of training (victor and lee haney).
I would love to see PAC just drop all the science for a at least 3 months and train like victor martinez or lee haney and see if it made a difference.

He got genetically gifted on the lower half of his body, his calves and legs are def top 3 in the ifbb, but his upper body(besides shoulders) got the genetically shafted so it goes to show you that your "science" wont help u if you just arent meant to have good arms
