    Could do with a bit of adivse

    Hello, i have recently decided to finally join a gym, after been worried about what people think etc, but i don't really have much of an idea about what i should use as a basic routine for myself, i have looked into nutrition a lot and feel i have that sorted. So i am struggling with a routine, i have looked around the page but i just keep feeling unsure.
    i just want to focus on strength and as little as cardio as possible as i only weight 127lbs. and aiming to get to 145lbs at least, i have the time to put in to the gym and willing to put that hard work into it do.
    just need that extra bit of advise, i want to avoid paying a personal trainer if possible though. :S

    (sorry if this is wrong section?)

    On the top of the pages are things called stickies which are pasted there because of the great amount of information they contain. Check out "AllPro: A Simple Beginner's Routine part III" posted by tential.

    It is quite a good routine for putting on muscle mass as well as helping to increase strength and build a decent work capacity.

    Do not go gentle into that good night,
    Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
    Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
