Eating really bad lately but this shocked me. I'm trying to work through this stress but it's not going so well. I'm considering doing a cut to get back on trackPL Log

I'm going to say avoid cutting at this point. You're getting stronger. I would just find maintanence, and eat in a very small surplus to milk the gains. If you get too sloppy you can always run a mini cut. Just keep the ball rolling .

thanks for the kind words guys. the main lifts felt really good. surprised how good bench felt. no shoulder pain today. once I get past the main lifts I lose focus and just want to get out of there.

Im with the others, keep the ball rolling but try and reign it in. You've been throwing down PRs constantly, ride this wave. One thing is for sure though, you're makng the most of those calories every single time you walk in the gym. You arent playin around in there.
