Why would you make Any athlete use coconut oil 24/7? The oil with the highest saturated fat, and almost no good fats. Probably a good reason why Antoine looks fat, flat, and just overall bad. He looked way better when he got his card. These road trips probably don't help either, as you guys have said. I see a bright future for Antoine, but I think he needs em the right supporting cast and can't just mess around traveling all year because it takes a toll on your body.
The guy uses coconut oil like water. Put it in his shakes and everything :/

Coming from your average Joe with several years of digging up contradicting information, what you just said is pure bull. You must believe fat will also kill you as well, better not eat carbs after 6 PM either...

Yea saying that eating the bad fat like water is basically the same as saying all fat is bad for you right? Lets learn to comprehend what we read first shall we?

I wouldnt blame JM for this showout, i blame Antoine. He started his Diet at roughly 20 weeks out instead of the normal 12-16 weeks and he was fairly lean to begin with. Barely had an offseason which he desperately need, nearly has the size to hang the pros. If anything, this is a BIG eye opener for him and what he needs to do.

I can picture him back in his hotel room sulking his face in his hands filled with regret but vengeance.......... he'll be back guys =]

Yea because that would be convincing evidence, post some science proving saturated fat is not worse than mono/poly unsat., as far as fat goes it's second only to trans fat in terms of being undesirable, it's almost impossible to have your diet consist of 100% saturated fat regardless.

You're probably right, I should read books written by some fitness trainers and such without any kind of nutrition or science degrees, in fact, since I'm such a dimwit, I'll go tell the nutrition department in my college to stop pushing stupid books on us which clearly don't compare to the advanced scientific knowledge bros like you even.

If almost all your intake of any macronutrient is from a single source then it is bad. In a health conscious community, then using such extremes is neither relevant nor helpful.

Not sure why people blame Meadows, you can see a lot of the contest prep stuff he put together for AV right on his website. It's funny how when bodybuilder's don't do as well, people automatically blame the coach/guru...whoever. BRB, Tom Brady had a terrible game, it's all Belichick's fault. Sometimes its just that these guys themselves **** up, make mistakes, like all people do.
Russell Wilson, the first QB in NFL history to throw a game-winning interception.

"So you got fired again eh?" "Yeah, they always freak out when you leave the scene of an accident."

Spiders are like offensive linemen, the best ones do their job and you never notice them.

Do just a little bit of research dude. Coconut oil is an incredible fat source. Much of it is actually MCT's and the other components are the stuff from breast Milk. The stuff has drastically changed my life at the times i am doing keto.
It is universally well known, that in digesting our common food, there is created or produced in the bowels of human creatures, a great quantity of wind. That the permitting this air to escape and mix with the atmosphere, is usually offensive to the company, from the fetid smell that accompanies it. That all well-bred people therefore, to avoid giving such offence, forcibly restrain the efforts of nature to discharge that wind.

I just have to laugh at your entire post. What you just said shows how much you "know" about nutrition.

I think it was Naturalguy who said Antoine had done a great job sticking to his diet and not missing workouts while on the road, but obviously he's going to back an athlete from his camp.

Does anyone know who else John Meadows has prepped that's a big name for comparison?

I don't think anyone is questioning Antoine's potential, but rather if John Meadows and him are the right match for prep.

No question Antoine was off.... In any case, I don't think anyone cares about your dietetics credentials (no offense). I'd like to hear the scientific reasoning behind why coconut oil specifically would be more fattening than other fat sources.

He trains Mark Dugdale, and I thought Mark looked pretty good last night.

And of course Naturalguy would say that about the athlete he works with.

There was Hype for Antoine going into the show, so if he were to say "Oh Antoine is eating everything" it wouldn't look good for Universal.

Antoine could have been eating right when Naturalguy was around, what about when he wasnt?

Who knows, frankly, who cares. Antoine will have to make some changes and push on to the next show.
