If i am understanding it correctly, severe hypochondria is for the psych department to handle. Not emergency rooms.

Also, stay away from medical sites, medical tv shows like House, etc. Whatever you think you have, assuming you lack any medical professional background or personal experience through chronic diseases, you very probably don't.

I always tell myself that and then end up on 20 different sites explaining symptoms and personal experience.

That lack of control is actually interesting, despite my rational and calm thoughts, those instances of "what if- what if- what if-" keep popping up to disturb my control and I start having physical symptoms like heart palpitations, sweating, trembling, etc. It's enraging and mind blowing at the same time.

I'd be interested to know from where such a fear can originate from, I can't pinpoint a traumatic event in my life where this could have been developed.

Nothing that I know of, typical eating/training/sleeping, no drinking/drugs.

Go on Bader's instagram. He posted a screenshot of a whatsapp message that DJ sent him asking what "supplements" to use. Bader than details everything that Ramy takes, pretty interesting stack TBH.

Apparently they had a falling out over something and are not together anymore.
