14 Years Old and need help with a workout routine

Hey guys I'm currently new to this forum and I'm quite enjoying it.

    Otherwise here are my statistics:

    Height: 5'7
    Weight: 128.2lbs
    Bench: 155lbs
    Squat: 185lbs
    Deadlift: 265lbs
    Clean: 135lbs
    BodyFat: 12-15%?

I can only workout at home which only has dumbbells(30s and 15s), a bench press(all the weight added on the bar equals up to 90lbs - It's all I have), a pull-up bar, and a dip bar.

I'm hoping one of you guys could help me out and form out a plan for me to workout with

    Thanks

Ok use that bench untill you can max out all your weights on it for reps, and learn to squat with it as well. Also do overhead presses.

Other than that you cant do much untill you get a gym membership.

You want to do this routine:

Also eat more clean bulk (300 cals over maitenance)

Eat.Lift.Sleep. Repeat Hop on a 5x5 routine. Stronglifts or Reg Park 5x5 are good for beginners.
