    training for 2 years
    working as a sale assistant for m&s
    education: final year of a level 3 extended btech diploma in sports and exercise. final module in level 3 personal training qualification.

    hopefullly to become a medical nutritionalist.

    what is my goal?

    my goal is to hit 200lbs at the end of my current bulk. then hopefully cut to 180lbs extremely lean. i wish to compete in summer 2014 hence the posing practice. i wish to start my own persona trainjng buissness aswell as a personal training youtube channel.

    current routine:

    MONDAY:
    legs+abs

    LEGS:
    -squats(back) 8x4
    -leg extensions 8x4
    -hamstring curls 12x4
    -seated calf raise 7 x 14

    ABS:
    cable crunch 10x10
    leg raises 10x10
    side bends 10x10

    TUESDAY
    Shoulders:
    shoulder db press 8x4
    Arnold press 10x4
    Side raise 10 x 3
    Front raise 10 x 3
    Back fly 12 x 4
    Behind neck press 8x3
    Shrugs 10x4

    WEDNESDAY
    Back+triceps
    BACK:
    Bent over row 8x4
    Tbar row 6x4
    Wide pull ups 10x4
    Lat pull down 8x4
    Lat push down 10x3
    Seated row narrow and wide 10x4

    TRICEPS
    Ropepull down 8x 5
    Tricep cable extensionone are 12 x 4
    Tricep kick back 8x3 each arm

    THURSDAY
    Chest+biceps
    CHEST
    Incline bench db/barbell 8x4
    Flat bench db/ bar bell 8 x 3
    Cable flyies up+down 10 x 4
    Negative flat bench 5x5

    Rope cable curls (one arm) 10x4

    legs i might make this a variation of the first day
