Weight:123.6- FUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHH I made it!
Starting this peak week I was a tiny bit nervous just because Berto's goal weight for me has been 123, and the lowest I'd been was 124 and knowing that I was going to be eating 200-250g carbs for 6 days obviously the scale is going to go up...
Has my first day of peak week yesterday with 40/200/150, and then this morning BAM! one.twenty.three... holy ****! I am obviously not expecting any more drops this week, I am expecting for the scale to go up but hell yea I got to 123! Stoked and I think it was just what I needed to really get me excited for this weekend.

AWESOME! I can't believe how crazy well your metabolism has dealt with the diet, I don't think I've ever seen anyone diet all the way through without any significant drops in macros, let alone a couple weeks at refeed numbers Gonna be an awesome run, you're gonna kill it!
