Good job on the pull-ups...I'm in for when you get to the tipping point where you are dropping weight so fast and strength is still good that you hit your head on the pull-up bar because they are surprisingly easy

Your midsection is leaning out nicely and legs look firmer.
Posing just takes practice and muscle memory, you'll get it. I've actually been taking daily progress pics (for a super secret project) and just that half a second of "practice" a day has helped me make small tweaks. For some reason a reflection in the mirror is always more flattering than what the camera captures so getting in front of the camera a lot is helping me tremendously.

I was disappointed I didn't hit 200 for a triple and I was pretty tapped out after the 100x50 so the rest of my workout was eh. It's alright though, gotta take the good with the bad and I hit another new low this morning so I am pretty stoked about that!
This guy signed up for our gym for a month, he is here performing at the circus. It's a pretty small world because we actually saw him at the Arnold last year. He gave us tickets tonight to the circus so we are headed there later, super excited!
