Just wanted to say congrats on the top 3 in your first show, i think i heard on the camera my exact thoughts about you getting 3rd and i agree with it. Your back was the best on stage hands down. it was light out when you turned to the back. with 4 more to go you will be destined to walk away an overall champion as you continue to lean up. Great job on your first outing.

Looked great out there and as Bob said congrats on your top 3 placing and as Bob said once turned out around it was lights out. Keep up the hard work and you'll get an overall. Just alittle tip when your ever asked to switch within the line up ALWAYS make sure you walk in front of the other competitors, it just continues to show the judges your confidence and judges are still looking at you then.

After watching the vid I would have had you in 2nd... #14 had some crazy arms and delts with decent conditioning (yours was better) so I can understand why she took the class (you def. gave her a run for it!), but IMO there's no way you should have been behind #1. You had her in conditioning, muscularity, and presentation, ESPECIALLY from the back. The big question is did you enjoy the show!?

Best conditioning on stage. The winner had a nice quad sweep, shoulder to waist ratio was the best on stage and although she wasn't as lean still didn't have any trouble areas. Second place was a bit odd, she didn't carry much muscle at all.
First time on stage though and you're posing was awesome. You didn't look like a rookie by any means. Your season is only going to be more fun so keep working hard.Contest Prep Coach
