Well diet was IIFYM lol so whatever I could fit in.
I will just copy and paste what I put in a thread I posted in the summer
Starting waist was 33 inches, ending was 28 1/2
Arms dropped an inch, from 15 to 14
However strength remained almost the same.
Routine: Was doing something similar to PHAT, towards the end my left knee was bothering me (old injury) so cut out legs. Decided to add in a quick workout of dips and pullups, 50 each around 2-3 times a week.
Cardio: Was up to 5 times a week for 40 minutes MISS at the end of cit
Diet: 180 protein 45 fat 150 carbs at the end of my diet. Carbs were higher when Is tarted and just lowered them progressively.

no that is the concept. guys in the nutrition section are the ones who "patented" iifym to = get your fat/protein requirements then fill in the rest of your calories with whatever you want..
the original idea of iifym is eating whatever the **** you want to eat as long as it fits your set macrosNot serious.
