MassFusion+ swollen+anabolic state+ anabolic window
This has been my usual routine for workout days and loving it...
MassFusion right when I wake up..strawberry...no bloat or discomfort.
Then 45 minutes later I leave for the gym and I pop those lovely blue pills. One packet and 15 minutes later I'm hitting it hard.
Sip on anabolic state. Blue raspberry during my workout. Love the flavor n I love how this bcaa complex has HICA in it!!
Then during my shower I'm sipping on anabolic window!! Have chocolate flavor. Mixes well n it's like massfusion where I have no bloat or discomfort.
Ill post my chest n bicep workout in here and my log later today.

killed chest and biceps yesterday!
bench press- 185 x 10, 195 x 8, 205 x5(4sets)
incline bench press- 175 x 8-10(4 sets)
dip machine- 190 x 8(4 sets)
cable flys across the chest- 32 lbs on each side x 12 (4 sets and slow controlled motion)
Cable flys incline bench- 32 lbs each side x 10 (4 sets and slow controlled motion)
DB curls- 40 x 10 (3 sets) 45 x 6 (3sets)
Straight bar curls on machine- 65 lbs on machine x 10 (4 sets slow controlled and squeezing at the top)
spider curls- 35 lbs with fat gripzx 8 (4 sets)
absolutely fried my arms and there was no need to do anymore. rest was short in between and arms were full.
i took 2 packets of the blue pills today and loved the pump n energy i had!! crazy strong, and did 25 minuntes of cardio on the bike just to keep the pump n heart rate up.

today had to be speed up due to time.
super set everything together.
single arm pushdowns 22.5 lbs on the pulley x 10 (4 sets) -WITH- one arm rows 80 lbs x 8 (4 sets)
reverse sinlge arm pushdowns 22.5 x 8 (4 sets) -WITH- tbar rows with rope maxed the plates out x 12 (4sets)
rope pushdowns 65 lbs x 12 (4 sets) -WITH- bent over rows 185 x 10 (4sets)
weighted dip machine 180 x 12-15 (4sets) -WITH- straight arm pulldowns 67 on pulley station x 15 (4 sets)
ab circuit focusing on core n lower abs. feet elevated planks for 2 minutes and leg raises to exhaustion.
