I just need some advice on what muscle groups I do together and such...
I'm going to be working out 3 days a week (plus one day ill be doing hot yoga).
Legs one day? Arms another day? ...I don't really know what I'm doing here. I just want to loose a couple pounds and pretty much just tone tone tone.
